"Today I ordered two drinks online. Forgot to add a splash of oat milk in one of my drinks. I asked if he could add it. Then the manager told him something and he began laughing loudly. Then I heard her shout "tell her we will have to charge her next time!" I know for a fact that there is no charge for up to 3/4 inch of oatmilk on the app. Interesting that the manager doesn't know what a common customer does. So he loudly told me what he had to, even though he was super nice. It made me feel like some villian who was trying to scam a free milk splash. Who minds paying 70 cents when they already paid $12 not to be publicly humiliated in front of their kids. Or just say no next time instead of alerting the whole store."

"There’s always something off about the Starbucks teas at UTA, it’s not what they specialize in obviously but it always tastes like it was steeped too hot and burnt or it’s watered down. Other than the tea it’s pretty good"

"It's cozy enough to lounge about or study in this place and it's very convenient that it's attached to the bookstore. Had no trouble using my gift card here once. I really enjoy their egg bites, those are my favorites. There are plenty of places to sit inside the Starbucks itself and outside where there are umbrella equipped table sets."
