"Great store with great tools. I just don't like the membership gimmicks and the push for extended warranties. Harbor Freight tools are slowly starting to get just as expensive as other, more renown brand name tools and they also employ typical Chinese tactics of copying tool designs from those renown tool manufacturers, which is very shady. On the upside, the quality of their tools has vastly improved and they still have competitive pricing. Their store is clean and well organized and their staff is very courteous and professional for the most part."

"Once again I’m pleased to share a review of a store on 7/19/2022 with fantastic customer service. I was in town from the San Luis Valley area of Colorado. I called the Del Rio Harbor Freight Store and a very helpful young lady Bianca answered the phone. I explained to her that I was looking for a 1” water pump, she searched on her computer asked me if I would mind holding for a few minutes while she put her hands on the product. After a brief hold she advised me the pump was in fact in stock and proceeded to give me the pump specifications. I said perfect I’m about 100 miles out please hold I’m on my way. Her response was yes sir I’ll have it up front for you. As promised when I arrived at the store 4:37pm the product was in a cart with my name on it. That young lady amazed me, she took the time to provide excellent customer service and sales help including explaining the warranty purchase process to me. Thank You Bianca for your help!"
