Starbucks 455 East Farm to Market Road 1382 Crossing Shopping Center, Cedar Hill, TX 75104

"Wife and I did a mobile pick up order. When we arrived to pick up the order. The doors were locked and there was printed paper taped to the door. Temporarily closed. This Starbucks we usually don’t go to as much because their drive thru experience is slow and takes a while. So when we found out the doors were closed and the drive thru line wrapped around the building we were a little frustrated. We had to go through the long drive thru line to get our mobile order. Waited at least a half hour. We have gone to other locations that if the inside/lobby area is closed then the app will say, “option unavailable” or it doesn’t list it as an option. That was not the case today. We would have gone elsewhere if we would have known. The other part that made it a little more frustrating is, you are unable to cancel a mobile order once you make it. I would have loved to have just cancelled my order and drove off but couldn’t and didn’t want to drive off without our drinks we paid for. So really bad experience today will probably not be returning to this Starbucks."

"This Starbucks used to be my favorite. Now not so much. There are only 2 drinks I order and it's been a hit or miss lately. Caramel Macchiato or Medicine Ball. Simple. Over the past few weeks the taste is inconsistent and the staff seems to have changed. Early this past Wednesday ~610a the young lady wasn't friendly, extremely dry and spoke in a whisper. I hope for more consistency in the recipe, staffing and service. Please do better."

"I’m only rating one star because zero stars are not possible. This Starbucks location is the most disappointing and disgusting cafe I have ever been to. It seems to always be swarmed with flies which are constantly landing on food and drinks and dying all over the floors, counters, and seats. The whole cafe is dingy, dirty, and greasy, it seems to never be cleaned. To make matters worse, the ever changing staff are ALWAYS in the worst mood. It’s sure that your order will be taken with bad attitudes and saucy remarks, and made carelessly. Find any other location for coffee, even McDonald’s is better"

"Everyone was so nice and helpful. We got three Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers with Dragon fruit pieces added. Our drink orders were correct which is always a plus and it was so delicious!"

"I go inside to avoid long drive thru line. I had a very pleasant experience, super friendly staff. For it to have been so busy with few employees they handled the pressure very well."
