Little Caesars Pizza 1932 South Seguin Avenue, New Braunfels, TX 78130

"I tried to call to place an order online and it would let me so we had to go to the store to place the order. When I arrived and placed my order at 6:00 pm they said it would take about 15 minutes. I didn’t get my order until 6:43 pm. There was a bunch of people waiting to place an order and no one was helping them. Also NONE of the employees were wearing gloves and they were touching the dough, cheese, and sauces. Definitely not going back!"

"The wait was a little long but the service was good. When we received our pizza, the middle of 2 out of 3 was not completely done. The crazy bread and one pizza pizza was the typical quality we expect. The price and value is why we continue to go to Little Ceasars."

"Food is great. Service is better when you use the app. Infact do not go to this location if you don't use the app. Even for hot and ready. You will end up waiting 50 minutes for two hot and readies. When you pay at the register your name does not go into the computer so everyone that uses the app goes in front of you. Most people were waiting 30 minutes while I was there. I waited 50 minutes. I should have used the app. Lesson learned. I think I will boycott this place for a couple of months for pay back and write this review. Food was good and hot at least."

"Recently visited and was EXTREMELY unhappy. I called and placed my order by phone so we didn’t have to wait. I mentioned I wanted a stuff crust w/sausage & mushrooms, instead it was with pepperoni. After correcting the mistake once my pizza was finished they left it in the box after it was cut but open. I mentioned that and asked why don’t I have my pizza if it’s already done to one of the employees who was standing right next to it laughing with another employee about their conversation, then the kid stopped looked at me and walked away. Mind you I called ahead of time. When I was home my pizza looked like it was just thrown (literally) together. On top of that it was a lil over cooked?!?! It looked like all the toppings were on one side that half the pizza looked like a thin crust."

"No! No No there was more than enough people working in the back and we waited over 50 minutes to get two pizzas that we ordered online! One of the pizzas I had to throw out because there was no dough at the bottom and half of it wasn’t even cooked all the way! I absolutely love Little Caesars but they are not what they used to be they either need to start paying their employees more money so that they can keep making money or else they are going to lose a lot of customers as a whole company!"
