"I was calling this store to see if an order that had been placed was ready. I called for 15 mins and no one answered. When I got there someone had taken my order and they couldn't tell me how long it had been. I was just like oh well. I was pissed because I drove 9.8 miles to pick it up. They need to get better with service. I understand it gets busy but that's not an excuse not to answer the phone when there were like 8 or 9 people behind the counter and hardly anyone in the dining hall."
