"Starbucks just has a way of doing it all well. They tick all the boxes, and at this location, they absolutely have to! The location/drive thru layout is awkward, lines can format in three different directions, so patience is a must. Service and Food, never disappoint!"

"The lady at the drive thru was rude when ordering kept asking is that all, is that it.. then I get to the window and they can’t accept a $100 bill so David came to the window saying I need to go get change some where and then come back for the drinks. I don’t even want them any more and they need to have change I had a $30 order."

"The new store manager Ricky is AWESOME!!! I frequent this store quite often, at least 3x weekly, and I can already see a big difference in store operations since he’s been a part of the team at this location! The store is cleaner, the music volume is more of a coffee shop aka work, study atmosphere, in-store guests are acknowledged not only when they walk in the door, but also when they have to wait for their order to be taken; he lets guests know that they will be serviced shortly, store culture seems light & friendly, and he even goes to tables to personally check on each guest! I have witnessed him pick up trash off of the floor (with his hands) on multiple occasions. The store, overall, including the bathrooms, is cleaner. He’s taken down outdated marketing advertisements that were places throughout the store. He takes the lead by asking loud staff to please lower their voices as to not disturb guests and today I even witnessed him politely usher out a couple that was arguing in the store in order to maintain staff & guests safety and peace within the store. He works hard and is passionate about managing this store and elevating it to its full potential! What a rockstar they have at this location!! He’s been here a short time, but made a BIG impact!!
