"Was in the drive thru line for around 30min,line barely moved. We finally decided to leave, but had placed a mobile order and the app very clearly states that once you place an order you can't cancel or change it on the app, you have to call the location and have them cancel it. Called 3 times before actually talking to someone, just for them to rudely tell me that they're not allowed to cancel orders, that'd I'd have to do it myself on the app. I reread thru the get help section on the app and it clearly states, several times, that the location has to do it. No other options. Manager guy would not budge on the "fact" that he couldn't do it, and I eventually just hung up. What a waste of money."

"They only prioritize the drive thru line. If you order pick up or inside expect cold stale food after a 30 min wait, (not exaggerating). They don't acknowledge you when you're standing at the counter even though there is a crowd of hungry customers. So disrespectful and huge wait of time and money. 1st and last time my family and I are giving them any business"
