"Not really sure how I asked for something, PAID for the thing and then they chose to EXCLUDE it from my order all together??! I've had some locations REALLY mess up my order, but this takes the cake."

"The food and coffee were fine, which can be acquired at any location but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Starbucks. They didn't even attempt to spell my name correctly after I provided the first two letters of spelling. At the window no attempt at eye contact or even speaking directly to me, they may as well have thrown my food at me and walked away because that's what it felt like. Also no utensils provided for eating my meal. Had she not immediately walked away from the window, I may have been able to confirm this before driving off. Even for convenience I may avoid this location in the future and opt for even basic customer service."

"Never had worse service! McDonald's at this point has better service. The point to ordering ahead for drinks with a set ready time is to have those items ready at least decently close to that time. 25 minutes later is not decently close. Food was done on time that was the only good thing that can be said."

"Poor service - new store looks great but service no too much. There was a gentleman making the drinks at 1:12pm there was no rush or line and I asked for a cup of water with after I got my espresso shots. He told me I’d have to wait since there was orders ahead of that request and it’ll be a while. I didn’t think much of it but I asked nicely, I was not in a rush so not sure why he thought he had to state that. The guys name was Sam. I was not in any rush and it wasn’t customer friendly. New store remodel should come with new customer service training here"

"They do not have dine in as written in Google. But you still can set outside in the open air if you like. The staff were nice and served us fast. And as usual, starbucks has the best coffee."
