"So I placed an order for pepperoni pizza And received a cheese pizza this was the third time my order gets mixed up I had to leave work come back to get the correct pizza not to mention I had to go back to work to pick up The pizza that was incorrect for a new pizza Then I arrive and they state it’s going to be an additional 8 minutes for my order mind you I am on my lunch break and was wasted in coming and going and waiting for the error to be fixed the ladies here were Angie and Victoria nice girls but have a lot to learn about customer service. They feel the least they could have done was not make us drive back for an errored pizza."

"Whenever I order curbside, I never get my food brought out. I always have to go in which defeats the purpose of ordering curbside. The workers always look slouchy and dirty. They are always out of the crust for pan pizza. And my pizzas are always over cooked or still doughy. And in the occasion when I get the highly overpriced wings, they are undercooked as well."

"Ordered two big New Yorkers. Half way into the first slice and I get a pretty long strand of red and black hair… Isn’t my first time having an issue here but this is all around disgusting…"

"I ordered my online order at the walzem location at 830ish on a Thursday. I get a call that " I'm sorry we are out of your location"( i live close by.) We have never had issues with delivering before..so we call in and switched to pick up,giving them the benefit of the doubt maybe they are busy or whatever. We order the "New Detroit" this is what we get..compared to.."

"This is the worst pizza hut ever. I spent over $50 on my order just to get cold pizza and a raw stuff crust pizza. And then when I try to contact the store I was placed on hold only to be hung up on. I then called again and I was stuck on hold again and no one ever picked up. This is so upsetting when you spend your hard earned money somewhere and all you get is garbage. Never again! Don't waste your time. Domino's is across the street!"
