"I honestly don't understand how this location has been able to stay open for as long as they have been. Due to convenience and location, I visited the store often, but every time I come to this location they are always out of something or there is one person doing every job. You wait in line for 15-20 minutes only to get to the counter for the employee to say that they don't have expresso to make drinks, which is 90% of the menu. At this point, I would strongly suggest bringing back hot dogs and popcorn Target, and going to the Starbucks located on Fielder or on Collins for convenience of location."
"If i could give 0 stars I would, for one they don't listen and they expect you to pay for their mistakes. I paid for everything i asked for but yet they still choose to give you something else off the menu! I absolutely hate this Starbucks."
"Suddenly down to one barista, when I requested pastries, she said they only had a certain quantity on hand, I said thats fine. She ushered me down to the pick up counter and presented me with a crumpled bag and behavior as I was stealing her personal snack. When I requested a straw for my ice blended drink, she informed me they were all out as if were supposed to be obvious. I would have ordered a different drink if information was presented."
