"You’ll find better service at a Waffle House than you will at this location. I placed an order here today for $18.00 and some change via the Chic Fil A mobile app. The line was crazy long of course but I did opt to go through the drive thru as suggested on a paper sign on the door when you place an order on the app. I got to the window and there was a girl, shoulder length hair, glasses, Hispanic, kinda younger that took my information for my order. She asked me to pay the amount again in which I showed her my receipt and she said that my payment didn’t go through. She then went to get her manager, another Hispanic lady, older, kinda short, blonde and brunette hair. This manager came to the window and very loudly stated “You don’t have money” “Your card declined” so loud in fact that people in the restaurant and other cars were staring at me. I said one sec, I’ll pull into a parking spot and call my bank. She said “No your card is empty” but I pulled away anyway to prevent being charged twice. After verifying, the charge had indeed come off of my card and I got back in the long line. I got to the speaker box where I was forced to repeat A C four times before I suggested pulling to the window. I used acronyms like Apple Cherry but was still greeted with laughter and “Huh” “Repeat that” I got to the window and the same girl then tried to charge me an extra dollar in which I showed her my receipt again. She responded with “Oh you’re that girl, hold on” She and the manager then begin speaking Spanish about me, although they were speaking perfect English prior. I again showed her my receipt and the app where the order had disappeared under transaction history. She gave me half of my order and shooed me away by ignoring me. I asked for the corporate number and their names as no one is wearing name tags. She refused and told me I don’t want to give you my name but then said her name was Ash and her managers name was Johanna. I drove away, never to return."
"Can't believe there is such a thing as a bad Chick Fil A, but this is it! Just moved here and have tried it twice. First time I hoped it was a bad day, bit nope! Service is awful! Employees seem miserable and angry. No greeting or even a good bye either trip. Order was wrong and food was cold. Drive thru is horribly slow and pretty sure no one has ever swept up anywhere? Will drive an extra 10 minutes to never return to this one!"
"Always great place for chicken sandwich. You gotta love the waffle fries. Lemonade is refreshing."
"Today I had a very lackluster visit at Chick-fil-A. First , I learned they no longer accept expired be our guest cards, in the past they accepted any coupon from Chick-fil-A. I guess with the new QR system they have phased that out. Then I got my food I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal and was greatly disappointed in the quantity of food! They used to offer a thick inch or more size chicken breast. Today's chicken looked like someone had sliced the chicken breast in half. My fries weren't even filled up all the way and I had a bunch of crumbs at the bottom. They called themselves disguising the lack of fries by turning the container on its side spilling out but I'm a foodie they that doesn't work. I usually enjoy the lemonade but even that wasn't sweet today. This was just a miss all the way around, this location needs to do better! One of the Staples at Chick-fil-A has always been for them to ask your name with your order. Today my name was orange fruit according to the cashier. John's name is on my receipt but that's not who rang me up it was an middle aged lady. I was given a gift certificate at work for Chick-fil-A so I guess I'll use that one more time and then I think I journeyed together will be over. Restaurants are charging more more for food with a portion sizes keep getting smaller. It's becoming not worth it to eat out in a lot of places."
