"I do not like to leave less than stellar reviews. I'm hoping this spurs the owners to some improvements. The food and service was excellent. Fajitas were prepared perfectly and had a great flavor. Or server was a very nice man who treated us wonderfully plus made great recommendations. The room we were sat in was 82 degrees and uncomfortable. I can get over that but it wasn't pleasant. The real issue was the roach that my wife spotted on the wall about 2 feet above our table. I tried to catch/ kill it but it was robust and got away. If there is a German roach chilling in the dining room at 5pm, then there are many more throughout the building."

"Second time dining here. It's always empty when we come here, probably due to the hours. We got well taken care of. The frozen mango margarita surprised me at first because it had a syrup taste. They are a little pricey for the amount and watered down. Queso and salsa are tasty. The fajitas trio for two is enough to satisfy two hungry people. Overall, it's not special, but not bad for a quick dinner stop."

"I do like Tio Carlos. The only reason for the 4 star on food is the spice they use on their veggies makes it taste pickled, but the size of the shrimp brochette was awesome."

"Great tacos, burritos and nachos!!! Sweet tea was good and wife loved her margarita … the seasoning on the chips was my own I carry with me but maybe Carlos will add it, I shared my recipe with him ;)"
