"****RACISM FROM STORE MANAGER KATY RANEY*** It is so sad that in 2024 a Caucasian feels like they have the right to outwardly & loudly vocalize how they feel about the hair of an African- American young man in the lobby. As I sat in one of the furthest seats away from Katy, I hear her yell out to a young man with an Afro that he needs to do something with his hair and couldn’t believe my ears. First, I pray that the young man somehow gets word of this post and reads it. Dear young man, there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with your hair. Your hair grows toward the sun and is PERFECTLY designed the way God made it. Please excuse Katy’s racist comment and her ignorance in assuming “there is nothing wrong with my hair, but the same can’t be said about yours.” Wow, Katy, really? There is no way that in 2024 a melanated human being should be degraded by the comparison of Caucasian hair vs Afro hair and what’s even sadder is that any intelligent person knows that there is only ONE RACE, the HUMAN RACE; moreover, what’s the saddest is that there are people in this world who believe the biggest LIE known to mankind which is that one person is better than another simply because of the amount of melanin in their skin. It’s actually quite comical if you think about it because it makes no sense, right? Lol. Coincidence? Extremely unlikely. I agree with the previous post about this store manager; she is very unprofessional. I definitely won’t be back to this location, and I hope that whoever reads this comment chooses to patronize a different location."

"I wrote a scathing review months ago, down below. It seemed some supervisors came and really streamlined their performance, so I bumped them up to 4 stars. Now it seems the supervisors have moved on, and they’re back to being slow, and screwing up our orders again. ——- This Starbucks is always understaffed, with regular technical and administrative problems. Unless you don’t mind being trapped in their bottled up parking lot for a L-O-N-G time, avoid this particular Starbucks at all cost."

"The manager at this store is very unprofessional. First of all the inside of the store was closed due to lack of employees, which is more than likely due to her inefficiency as a manager. Secondly, when I asked for a general manager she refused to give the contact information and kept repeating herself saying she was the manager and she runs the store. I was like, is she incompetent or can't hear because everyone knows that a general manager would not be working the drive through, and that a general manager has total accountability over the store. I am so tired of people trying to act or make themselves seem more important when they are, trying to make decisions that ultimately hurts someone else's franchise or business. I feel so sorry for the future of America and their businesses because if we keep allowing people who lack the skills in professionalism and customer service to work without proper training, and then allowing them to be managers and lead others will leave America in dire straits. No wonder people are opening their own businesses and cooking at home to avoid this ignorance. If this manager made a decision to close the lobby and turn away patrons who walk in, she should be fired because as I stand here I have counted at least 15 customers go to the door and get in their car and leave because they don't want to go through the drive thru. Bad decision and poor managerial skills. This company just lost hundreds of dollars during the time they make most of their money. Demotion or firing should be considered for lying, refusing to give GM information, and for making a poor managerial decision."

"I normally have a great experience but today was just awful. I did a mobile order which should be pretty quick since I put it in before going to the location but they served three people who walked in after me getting there. Then on top of everything I’ve never seen any location leave the bakery item in the bag and then put it in the brown bag so that was also a bit inconvenient when I went to actually eat it. She did attempt to apologize for the wait but she had also left the room completely for a several minutes between the walk in customers getting their items and me getting mine to talk to her coworkers that were leaving."
