Reviews of Einstein Bros. Bagels
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The person running the shop was extremely rude. The sign on the counter says 730am. I sat close by from 7:14am until 730am. I walked up at 740am and she did not say hello or anything. All she said was “we not open.” I said well the sign says 730am but she did not care. I walked off and she proceeded to turn the sign around that says Einstein bros. Bagels is closed today. I sat around until 8am and finally ordered. There is another lady there and she took my order. When it was time to pay She said go ahead so I put my card it. It declined so she told the lady making my food hold on because of this. Well it declined because it wasn't ready but she told me to put it in. So I did it again and it approved so she told the lady ok go ahead. Like I had no money or something. The girl in the purple shirt is the one that had the attitude when they were suppose to be open at 730am. The whole 30 minutes I was waiting they were sitting down doing nothing. This kind of service is absolutely unprofessional. No hello, no hi they just stand there and look at you until you order. It’s not my fault your sign says 730am. If yall are behind put a sign out and say opening at 8am. I included pictures below the lady standing in front of the counter is a customer."
"It was about 1:30 and the clerk was helping a customer and I was standing there for just a minute when the clerk turned out the lights and told me that customer was the last one. Apparently, you're not open until 2pm. You and your rude clerk can GFY."
"Closes at 1:30 not 2. When I asked about the hours Diane did not even look at me or answer. Very rude."
"Just ordered- the lady was so rude. She was training and told her don’t ask her that- it’s the customers responsibility to know what she wants! I’m like - wow, maybe I did want something more- but ok, no thank you!"
"Other than the fact that they had few options, the cashier was extremely rude when we were ordering as if we were stoping her from her job and as I was trying to pay with the funds in my App! She said “we don’t do that stuff here” and waved me off. After paying, we went to sit down (wife, my 2yo, and me) and she yelled “only 2 per table!” When I stated I was sitting her on my lap, she said no, only two per table. I asked for manager and she said they didn’t have one. Then she said that was hospital’s policy. Then what is she trying to enforce? It was even more upsetting when her demeanor changed when serving another “African-American” lady like herself. Yes, I felt belittled to the fact I’m not black."
