McDonald's 4420 Western Center Boulevard, Fort Worth, TX 76137

"I used to frequent this McDonald’s because it is the closest one to my house. I now drive 10 minutes further to another McDonald’s to avoid this location. Occasionally I will come here because of convenience in location and hoping that the quality and experience will be different, but it never is. No matter what time of day I visit, I am forced to wait 10-15 minutes to receive my meal. Which is fine, at least I’d expect it to be fresh. WRONG. I pull up to the pay window in the drive through, pay for my meal and am automatically directed to wait in their numbered parking spots for my meal. I wait 10-15 minutes to get ONE MEAL. And the quality is awful. Every single time, the fries are hard and stale, barely warmed, and the burger buns are hard and stale. One time I ordered, I couldn’t even eat the bottom bun because it was hard as a rock. I of course didn’t notice until I got home to eat my food. Today I waited 15 minutes for my food and they forgot to bring the McFlurry. Which means they’ve gotta go back in and make it and bring it out to my car. More wait time. I’ve hesitated to leave a review because it’s McDonalds, does it even matter what I say? But after google prompted me to leave a review for this location, I thought, why not? I have never had any of these issues at ANY other McDonald’s in the metroplex. Only this one. Maybe they need new management. Regardless, something needs to be done. I doubt they meet health and safety standards."

"So I came to this McDonald’s location last night and ordered a meal and when I got home I noticed I had the wrong order. I was frustrated because they were closed when I tried to call. So I came up just now and the manager was so nice and accommodating and made my order right and made me a drink to go. She didn’t interrogated me or make me feel uncomfortable second guessing me, Mirella was her name and she deserves a raise! Very nice lady! Everyone here is always so nice and this is the first time I’ve had an issue with an order. Oh and she gave me a delicious pie for my trouble! Thank you Mirella!"

"Neri is amazing! There was an issue with my mobile order. She greeted me immediately and fixed it right away. I could see that she really cares. The food is great always. This is a great location. Highly recommend."

"This used to be my favorite location, but it’s struggling lately. Currently they are making EVERY SINGLE drive through car park. It’s total chaos. All the parking spots are taken and I’m in the parking lot next door at another restaurant waiting. I’ve been here 15 minutes and I haven’t seen one car leave. Food quality is still good tho if you are willing to wait it out."
