"Pre-ordered online 2 hours ahead of time since we were placing a big order of 7 pizzas for an event. Arrived at scheduled pick up time & they were not ready. Excuse given was that other orders were coming in at the same time...you had 2 hours! After 5 minutes we were told they were "being boxed", not true because after another 10 minutes we asked again & apparently that was rude because the person picking up was told to get out of the restaurant. We had already paid & tipped prior to getting the food. After a 20 min wait the manager finally came out holding boxes, no apologies or anything."
"My wife and I stopped here for dinner on the way home after our volunteer hours at the San Antonio International Airport. It was our first visit to a Pizza Hut here in San Antonio. Victor took our order at the counter. He was pleasant and courteous. We ordered a large hand-tossed pepperoni pizza - the large size was on sale, so we got a nice discount. The service here was great and the pepperoni pizza we ordered was excellent! The restaurant itself was clean and tidy. If you want a "fancy-schmancy" experience, go somewhere else and spend more money for ambiance. This Pizza Hut is easy to miss as your heading north on Highway 281, but it's worth going there to get a good pizza. AmigoDan gives this Pizza Hut five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!"
"The driver was really nice but this place is whack. I got over sauced on a light sauce pepperoni pizza and the pepperonis were just tossed on there like they're skipping rocks there's only 8 slices and 2 of them didn't have any pepperonis. I used rewards to get mini cinnabons and they were both under and overcooked if you can imagine that. Probably out of date too after you hear about what came next. I couldn't get delivery for under $12 so I added some boneless mild buffalo wings and the werent mild. Maybe for some of y'all but not me. The mild has a distinct tangy flavor that beats out the spice for me and that's what I like. I got two blue cheese dippers because the tang and it was tangy all right. It's the middle of September and those little baddies went out in May. Like I said, the best part of that experience was the driver and I did a credit card tip because I didn't have cash and I really hope she didn't have to split that with anyone else because eww. I should've taken a pic of the pizza before I ate a couple pieces because I kinda gasped when I opened it but I was starving."
"Came here yesterday for a break in the rain - and a GREAT pizza! Devon took my order; John & Chris were present too - John cooked I think. Had a regular Pepperoni Lover's with a few extra peps. Came out so good! Ate a few slices and took the rest home for the family. Have gotten pizza here before and was just as good! The rest won't do - it HAS to be Pizza Hut! Yum!!!!"
"Not impressed. First time I've had pizza hut in a few years. It smelled good but tasted terrible. Pizza was super dry because there was hardly any pizza sauce. Even my kids didn't eat it. Boneless chicken was mostly breading. Lesson learned."
