"Went to your mansfield location this morning. Ordered a large blonde with cold foam. Tried to tell them when they gave it to me that there was no cold foam, maybe it was the wrong drink. They assured me it was right. I tried to tell them after tasting that it was definitely wrong, they told me no it was right so can't remake it.. so I just paid 8 dollars for the wrong drink that I just threw in the trash. What kind of company gives someone the wrong order and refuses to make it right? I want my money refunded and will never be back if this is the expectation. Horrible."
"Love love love coming here! The manager is, Tommy, is awesome. When I've been he has been outside taking orders with his team, which says a lot! The whole atmosphere there always makes my day. The staff is always so friendly, and I've never had to wait for more than 2 minutes for my drink."
