"Ester was a fabulous waitress. She even sat down and told us about other menu items we might like to try in the future. The CFS is huge and the most tender I have ever had . The black eyed peas were also too notch. I would have liked them to be a bit more cooked though. We will definitely be back."
"Older style cafe that has all the standards and a few twists. Wife had the standard chicken fried steak and I had the Texas Mex smothered ground steak. Smothered with grilled onions, jalapenos, mushrooms, bacon and cheese with brown gravy. None of the ingredients were overwhelming. With two sides from an extensive list and with your choice of a roll or cornbread, you get a great meal at a very reasonable price. We're already planning to go again and try other offerings."

"Honestly it's better than Dixie House that used to be there. 5 people about $60. The food is great. I like that the menu is not too big some smaller cafe's try to do too much with page after page of food and it's usually not very good. These guys and gals have the right idea a smaller menu made better. Friendly service and really good food. Even my picky eater liked it. We will definitely be back."
