"Overall I've seen improvement at this McDs. I gave them another shot. Food was cold, at the 1st window, he was great.friendly and an amazing smile. Get to the 2nd window, the lady was obviously not happy, kind of hateful. Will give it another year and maybe try again."

"Horrible service. Guy in the drive thru looked like he didn’t know what was going on. Asked me to repeat my entire order again and still missed an item. Had to park and go inside, everybody just looking at me like they don’t want to help. Just a horrible experience, get better management or something please."

"Food was brought to the table which was a plus, however standing at the register trying to order one soda and employees were looking at us while they're playing on the phone. Had to order from the kiosk one single small drink."

"I keep saying I’m done with McDonalds but I swear this time it’s true :( I rarely eat there and typically go for the sweet tea, but their tea is inconsistent and it’s hit or miss if it’s going to be good or extremely watered down and un-flavorful :( we ordered fries today and as you see from the photo it’s not even half full :( and we didn’t notice until after we drove off. Sadly, employees are rude and come off as annoyed when asking for condiments (ketchup and napkins)."

"It’s 9:44 pm just got home from leaving drive through and our food was cold and stale. We keep thinking it will be better next time but nope! Our chicken nuggets were so old like if they were re-dipped in cooking oil along with the fries. Service was good but need to work on making fresh food and changing out the cooking oil. We feed our kids with the intention that McDonald’s is serving good and safe food to eat. Please night managers work on this."
