"Last time I order here. When someone from Papa John's actually delivers it gets here on time and no issues but these last few times I order they use door dash which takes forever they deliver to the wrong apartment and it comes all messed up and cold if I wanted to order from door dash I would have used them now I'll go order from somewhere else terrible service"

"I placed an order online, when finished it told me delivery would be in 30 minutes. I live 1/2 mile away from the store. I was watching the tracking of the order online. It took them 40 minutes to prepare the order, before it showed it was out for delivery. After 20 another minutes I called (The Colony Store), spoke with Shawn, (GM), he said he only had one driver, traffic was bad in The Colony and there was nothing he would do to make it better! I received my order one hour fifteen minutes after I placed it. It was not hot after being in delivery car for 40 minutes. The District Mgr. contacted me Thurs. 4/6/23 and resolved the issue."

"The food is always good but they charged me $.75 for a container of marinara that’s not even half full. I ordered 3 of them and what I got was 3 containers with one full container split between the 3. I feel like this is some kind of joke. I’m not going to order from this place for a while."

"Ordered and was charged for extra black olives, obviously based on the picture and what was made extra black olives were not on the pizza. Was told they could only refund the entire order or give me a credit for the next time I order pizza (I order pizza once a year if that so not acceptable solution). The manager wouldn’t even come speak with me it was all second hand through the teenager running the till. Poor operation, bad business practices, and I left without a solution because the manager was incompetent. I won’t be returning."
