"Steadily, the food has just been getting worse and worse. We ordered tonight and my fries were cold and my drink was just corbinated water with coloring. No flavor. The fries being cool or cold happens often. I'm always hoping that maybe it's just a particular shift not caring, but it happens regardless of the time of day."

"Waiting till after 10:30 for fries with app. App would not switch to lunch menu so they were unable to process my order and forced me to pay full price when I have deals and points plus manager was rude and unapologetic had a very not my problem attitude complete trash. I'll let GM know."

"10:33 You can’t order breakfast. Then where’s the menu. I only see a breakfast menu. This McDonalds has always been the worst one in the Sanger-Denton-greater Dallas area. I keep thinking through the years that they’ll improve. Nope."
