"No more free peppers and cheese. Salad bar is gone for good. Things have been going downhill lately. It isn't the same Pizza Hut that I grew up with. I miss the buffet so days with the family."

"I’m incredibly frustrated with this Pizza Hut why’ve been having “tech issues” for weeks. We order online and use a gift card. Online it takes the gift card but then we receive a call from them saying the gift card is declined… the first time we were understanding and paid a different way. The second time they called saying the gift card was decline but also that it is showing a $0 balance (because online it accepted our gift card). After trying to understand what was happening, and some back and forth, the individual was very indignant and I was accused of trying to swindle them and get free pizza. Our gift card balance is now $0 because Pizza Hut online took the money. They outright refused to honor our order and as such has stolen $40 from us."

"This is the second time I’ve ordered from this location and the wings were still the same I even called right after I placed the order just to ensure that there was sauce on the wings because last time there wasn’t and still nothings changed. Pizza was good though."

"Pizza Hut has always been my “go to” pizza place, particularly because I love thin crust pizza. Not anymore. We got 2 pizza’s tonight and they tasted like cardboard. There was literally no toppings or sauce that you could taste. I included a picture. It’s hard to see but but the order was barbecue chicken with onion. There is literally one onion piece at the top and if zoom on right below the onion piece is a tiny piece of chicken. That’s it. 1 piece of onion and 1 tiny piece of chicken. Little Ceasar has better pizza than this with a heck of a lot better taste and more toppings. Heck ANYWHERE does. It was so thin all you could taste was the crust that tasted like cardboard. Makes me sad that literally EVERYONE is out pizzaing Pizza HUT. Won’t be paying for their pizza anymore."

"2 of my pizzas were just as ordered; the third one should have been hand tossed as in the order, but came as crispy thin. It was too late to get it replaced. 11/22/21 Thought I would give them one more try. Well they blew it again. Ordered a pizza, ticket showed no bacon and it came with bacon. Can't eat it.. Lousy service when I called. Didn't offer to replace, wanted to give a credit, no thank you, I am finished with this store. Marcus said it would take a few days to credit my pizza they messed up. How sad is this? Where has the quality of good service gone these days? 12/10/21 No credit for pizza came, sad service. Won't go back again, hello Domino's and Marco's! You will now get my business!"
