"Universe tea is a cute little shop but I had higher expectations for the taste of their products . I ordered a green tea with boba, and a milk tea with boba, and the boba tasted very bland and half cooked, I feel as if every time I try to give this place a chance their Boba is half cooked and dry. The lady who served me was very sweet but i’m not impressed with the quality of the teas"

"such a laid back atmosphere! i just went there today and it was so great. very chill and the drink was absolutely delicious. it wasnt busy which surprised me since its so good. The worker up there was SO sweet. it was only 7 dollars for a jupiter sized drink, and i added boba + lychee coconut jelly. will be going there again!"

"Delicious flavors to choose from, a little on the sweet side and the boba sadly was a little undercooked? It had the slight toughness. Cute little shop and happy there is a location in the area that is not and hour into the DFW."

"I grew up in an rich neighborhood with at least 3 bubble tea places less than 10 minutes away, they were all great, and this place is legitimately WAY better than all of them. I have never been disappointed in my order, in the service, or in the atmosphere. And it's less expensive than the other places I've been to."
