Papa Johns Pizza

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Waited two and a half hours for our order and it never got delivered. Tried to call and no one answered the phone. Gave up waiting after another 30 minutes. Decided to drive to the restaurant."

"All I can say is rude. I walked into the lobby, and there were a few customers waiting before me. The man making the pizzas said he was by himself for a while and was behind. The problem was the lady behind the counter had her back turned to us and yelled, "All the orders are behind, and if you don't want want to wait. You can just get a refund." But it was with attitude. Ma'am that was not necessary. how about, hello welcome to Papa Johns, we'll be with you shortly. I said okay you can cancel my order." They called 30 minutes later, asking if I could come get my pizza because they just put it in the oven. Customer service goes a long way. I'm always nice at restaurants because my first job was in fast food, and I know people can be insane. But don't be rude to your customers unprovoked. We work hard to spend our money just like you work hard to make yours."

"My service tonight at the DeSoto location was great! Ms. Sassy, the manager on shift, met me at the door, asked for my name & had my food waiting to be handed to me! She was so sweet! The food was hot & fresh, even when I made it home."

"Don't order from them! We rarely order because everytime it's delivered wrong and they won't answer the phone to fix it. Sitting on hold as they keep picking up & putting me back on hold now. It's been over 15min so far. We try to give them a chance occasionally after COVID, but damn, how hard is it really to make 2 pappadillas w/2 ingredients each & a sauce (our order everytime)? Update! This store is registered as "Temporarily Closed" when you contact Papa John's Corporate. How is the corporate office not knowing that the store is still in operation and can't contact them? This is crazy!"

"Always trust your guts. I walked in and started to turn around. Everyone is running around in there with their coats and sweaters on. No uniform. Looking they literally came off the streets and started working in the clothes they had on 2 weeks ago. The pizza looks like it was thrown together. Then to add insult to injury, I found a piece of wood in the pizza. NEVER AGAIN I will buy from that location."
