"Was nice to find a dq closer to my place in granbury that has the sandwich I like. But when I ordered the flamethrower and got the wrong sandwich I had show proof that it's what I ordered. When the kid behind the counter was like that's what they ordered."

"The last few times we came in after school let out and it's never a good idea cause kids are hanging around waiting for rides, making messes and running around being very disrespectful. I asked an associate if it was always that way and they said sometimes the bathrooms have to be closed it gets so bad."

"I overheard someone named "Orion" at work saying really inappropriate things about Hispanics, like telling them to go back to where they came from. It was unprofessional and surprising that the company would hire someone like that. Texas values its Hispanic heritage, and comments like these shouldn't be tolerated. I plan to write a letter to corporate about this issue."

"After we arrived home with our order. One of our burgers was made with only 1/2 the bun. They folded the wrapper on top of the cheese, so the wrapper had more cheese on it than the burger. Plus whomever put the burger in the bag had to have know something wasn't right. I could tell as soon as we took it out of the bag. This had to be done intentionally. If this wasn't intentional you have a severely challenged crew. When we called they wanted us to drive 20 minutes back to get our money. This after we just drove 5 hours."

"Just what you would expect of dairy queen, clean, well managed, and very friendly staff, most of the staff is younger teenagers which is fine as they are respectful and kind and aren't messing around the whole time. I've never gotten my order wrong here nor have I had any other issues here."
