Domino's Pizza 401 West Rochelle Road, Irving, TX 75062

"If i could give a zero I would!! Tues night we ordered after a family situation....said it would b 20 mins , which was fine....my phone rings and its Domino's, telling me it would b over an hour (and speaking VERY AGGRESSIVE)... I said OK, but I wanted them to add a salad....THE PERSON ON THE PHONE, LITERALLY CUSSED ME (YES, I SAID CUSSED ME) TOLD ME NO AND.HUNG.UP.THE.PHONE.ON.ME!!!!.... I jumped n my car and drove up there to try and explain my situation...the mgr cussed me AGAIN, I asked who her regional mgr was, she said that was none of my business....told me they got slammed on this Tuesday and they were not staffed for the orders....MY QUESTION IS, HOW CAN U TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY?"

"I have given this location countless chances to serve me a half decent pizza but the past 10 pizzas I have ordered from here had ridiculously small portions of my toppings and half the slices where missing most of the cheese. Unfortunately I will no longer be ordering from this location the old white guys and the nerdy kid with glasses take there job to seriously do better Dominos."

"PLEASE listen to me when I say don’t spend your money here. They delivered my order with no 2 liter sprite. I tipped the guy 30%. You are forced to tip before to job is complete. Do servers get a tip before they serve you. No. The pizza was cold. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anybody at this location. I finally got to a human and the guy was a jerk. He said I’ll credit your money and hung up. I was super nice about it. If you would have brought me my 2 liter none of this would be happening. So I called the next day to speak to a manger to see if I really did get a refund. She said it was never done. So she said ok now it will be credited back. Still no money. So now I am on hold to speak to another manager. All because of a missing 2 liter. The drivers need to read the order. But how do you forget a 2 liter."

"Worst Ever!! Hour and a half after I order and after tracker said my order was delivered I called the store. Driver said he delivered the pizza to my location and said he tried to call me both are a lie. Manager said she would remake my order which was another 2 hours ago and nothing. Now I have been calling the store for the last 45 minutes but no one will answer. I just want my damn money back and will never order from here again!!"
