"Love the ice cream, coffee and other drinks here . But I don't like being ignored for a good 5 minute. Then having to wait another 15 minutes and remind them of my order in order to get it. It seemed like all 4 people working after 5pm were on their personal ear pods."

"Good luck getting ANYTHING you want. Year round flavor sweeteners, they don’t have. Seasonal drinks, they will be out. Liquid sugar, apparently never heard of? Ice cream, good luck. Time and time again they have sucked"

"When I come here they always have a big variety of donuts and they taste really good I’m a regular customer I like the staff they are always so welcoming and always have a smile on there face and always there to help!!"

"Well, I will say this. I have given this location at summer creek so many chances. I was happy to see one in the area. They always get my drinks wrong after I have repeated the order back to them. On 1/13/24 I decided to give them another chance, but they failed again. I told the young lady what I wanted she still didn’t get My order right, when I returned back the manager was on the side of the building smoking. I explained to him what I was wanting he went to the back didn’t wash his hands then come back with what he thought I was going to get replaced, I immediately said oh no Thank you. Just refund me. At this point I see clearly why there are no lines of cars waiting. I think they need to go back to the drawing board and try again with this location. I do know I Will Not Be Back To Patronize this business."
