"I don’t understand your drive thru. u open both lanes and take every car in one lane one day…then another day u bounce between lanes…what’s the point. If I get in the longer line someone will jump ahead of me…or I pick the shorter line and still go last…stupid .Then when u have only one lane u close off the one that doesn’t make u do a ginormous 270 turn to get into it. Also this is coffee people trying to get places. If my face looks non talkative it’s because I’ve been waiting in a line around the building. Trust me it usually looks this way bruhhhhhh. So dutch bruhhhhs quit training your employees to ask my life story and speed the service instead…one good work around is right before you get to Dutch bros there’s a 711…go in the 711 get a glass bottle Starbucks frap…skip DB all together..save 5 dollars. Another thing quit pressuring me to tip like y’all make waiter/waitress wages. Do not tell Me it costs 8 dollars for a coffee drink that doesn’t cost 8 dollars to produce and expect me to tip after waiting for 20 minutes…for…COFFEE. Read the room if If someone doesn’t look like they want to be talked to don’t. And what do you think I got going on today? I’m at work trying to get coffee and clock back in…cut the chit chat instead you hanging out the window talking to me take those two hands and make the line move faster"

"The absolute slowest service. Dutch Bros is already bad about taking longer than it should for coffee but this location is the worst I’ve visited. Twice I’ve been stuck in line and ended up waiting over 20 mins for a simple coffee order. The staff is friendly but you need to come up with a better system"

"I have only tried their Golden Eagle blend. The drink was delicious! The issue I have is the slow pace or not enough employees. I've been to the Lake Worth and Saginaw locations. Both have provided the same service! A VERY long wait! In my opinion, management needs to ensure employees are timely and show up. Usually, they are short staffed and customers suffer. I've pulled out of line and tried the window on 2 occasions and same wait time! Unfortunately, I've passed them up because I don't have the time to sit and wait. They lose business from me, due to this. It starts with management. Please address this issue and I would visit your business more often."

"Easy access off of Bailey Boswell Road. The traffic flows quickly and the workers are very nice. Love to have a great option here better than Starbucks. The coffee was perfectly made and very HOT! (The way it’s supposed to be.) I definitely stop through here anytime in Saginaw."
