"The drive-thru was a bit of a letdown. They originally gave me the wrong order. I had to educate them that it wasn't the right order. I had to provide my receipt and on top of that they gave me my order and it was missing a hash brown. The service was very poor to the drive-thru."

"This McDonald's is an embarrassment to this chain. Drive thru attendants refused to speak to us in English! If a customer speaks to in English it should be expected to have inquiries be addressed and answered in English. The attendants laughed at our request to be serviced in English and were rude. I have been coming to this McDonald's for more than 40 years. And never experienced such behavior ever, until today! All employees were laughing and stated that since they are close to the border they as employees could speak in spanish if they wanted to. I hope the owner reads this! I'm disgusted! So If you want to be spoken in English, do not visit this store! What an embarrassment!"

"If you want your nuggets with no sauces, and your messiest burger-the McRib with no napkins, then this is the place to go. DO YOU KNOW HOW NASTY A MCNUGGET TASTES WITHOUT SAUCE? AND THE LARGE COKE WAS MEDIUM!"

"I had a few coupons to purchase food the cashier said she couldn't take them at the drive through I had to step inside the store. So I just ordered 2 coffees & left. It was 2 coupons and she couldn't handle them, for 2 people my son & myself. You could tell she had experience but was just not going to deal with it, That's how rude she was. & They're wasn't a lot of people ordering through the drive thru jet, cuz it was me & another car pulling up she had time to place my order, but no she didn't."

"The staff is the worst, take care of them, they try to invent that for asking them for ranch sauce, buffalo ketchup is an extra 75 cents, what you have to pay is a bloody robbery and according to them, it is their employer's policy. and apart from that they want to mistreat you if you ask them what they should give you without charging their extras anyway without some rats it hurts the place with those employees you can go to hell that place"
