"Very disappointed. My wife and I stopped by on Sunday afternoon. We don't have a Wendy's where we live so we were happy to have the opportunity to eat at one. The service was fine but every item we ordered came very cold. So cold the buns on our burgers were cold and hard. The fries were barely warm. We won't return food to the kitchen, especially when all you see working are kids."

"Fast service. Nice and friendly staff. I said "to go," but the employee forgot. She apologized and bagged up my order. No issues at all with service. I ordered a large value meal. The fries were crispy and hot. I tried their new agua fresca and it was really sweet. Too sweet, but had a good flavor. Their Big Cheddar Burger was interesting. It had a sweet and salty type of flavor. Not bad. I wouldn't order it again, though. I would eat here again."
