"Today I stopped by to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches. Of course, they were out of sour dough. They always are. So I got a croissant sandwich. Because they were out of the sourdough. I wanted a couple of the english muffin breakfast sandwiches. Got to the window they had me pull up. When they bring out my food, they literally threw it in my car at me and walked away. I was so upset. I didn't check the order. Got home. No english muffins and a Burnt croissant with no breakfast on it. I will never go back here again. Terrible customer service. Terrible food."

"Let's start by saying Dunken Donuts, who specializes in donuts, was out of Donuts at 1pm. When I asked if you were making more donuts, their response was that we were not sure yet. I was so confused that a donuts shop was not making any more donuts. The manager chimed in and said we were too busy. No one was on drive thru line, and I was the only one inside. This Dunken Donuts has been a disappointment from day 1!"

"I think it would be obvious how people can tell when a restaurant is corporate owned vs a franchise. Of course things are going to be chaotic, and that's the best part of coming here. The donuts are first come first serve but there's always tomorrow if they're missing the donut I want. The staff is very young and I'm pretty sure this is a lot of their first jobs, completely understandable how they're figuring out how the world works. People can be mean and nasty and thankfully for this crew, they know not to take disrespect from randoms. Keep up the good work"

"Ordered today from DoorDash I usually go in person or online. Was given just cows milk with no coffee even though I paid for almond milk and mind you it’s an up charge and one had an extra shot of espresso which is another up charge and literally received cups of cows milk??? Idk if it was a mistake or a joke very disappointing!!! Ordered 1/1/2024 at 6:40 pm."

"Person was rude and not very helpful. Everything I tried to order, they were out of. So I finally asked them what they did have. Next thing I know, I've spent $40 for 2 people to have a subpar meal. All but 2 of the pigs in a blanket were burnt, the donuts and donut holes that I received, were not what I asked for and the hashbrowns were cold and mushy. The pigs in a blanket, even though burnt, did still taste very good."
