Little Caesars Pizza

"Asked for 2 pizzas..one beef one cheese. Asked specifically that they be cooked Well Done. Neither one of them were cooked well done. Both of them were doughy and the cheese pizza had No sauce..like really at all. The beef pizza had all meat in middle of doughy and sauce was chunky. Will DEFINITELY NOT get our money ever again."

"I visited this store on Tuesday night. I had 2 of my daughters with me, 7 & 4. In the car were my wife and 3 year old son. It was a rough day, and week. We lost a close family friend to police brutality on I20 the Thursday before this. Ramon was helping us, and he went above and beyond, offered to cut the slices smaller for my kids pizza, I go to little ceasars often and never once has anyone offered or even mentioned this. I told him that would be great and that we would be next door at GameStop waiting and looking around. Before I even knew it Ramon was holding the GameStop door open standing there with my little girls smiling and laughing and looked up and told my pizzas were ready he wanted to come get me so they wouldn’t get cold. He looked them over before handing them too me and went back to the back and cut it up for the kids, apologized to me that it wasn’t already done. Which was completely unnecessary. Ramon didn’t know my best friend was killed 5 days before. Or that my kids had been acting crazy all day, or any of the other crazy things going on in life, and he still went out of his way over and over in a 20 minute period to help me. I can’t tell you how good it made me feel to see a young man, proud of what he does, doing the best he can and then doing a little more. Ramon if you keep on that course your going to do great things and thank you. Whoever this man’s boss is, he deserves a raise and a promotion, no one in any of your restaurants has ever been so nice accommodating and professional. Thanks again Ramon!!"

"I just left the restaurant and the new manager was upbeat and multitasking and friendly.My food was hot and fresh! I had stopped going but will start going there again. If I don't see him there I rather wait till he is!"

"I mean my pizza is always me correctly and it's consistent with what I believe Little Caesars is that's a good thing they are very busy but I have to say that they're is an overall kind of sadness or dismay when I go into there the environment is not very welcoming having said that the people that are working there just don't really seem like they want to be there they're looking at their cell phones or they're paying attention to other things in some cases but I get it it's a Little Caesars it's not going to be their career but hey welcome to CiCi's or smile when you make eye contact with people instead of them looking at you and looking down would be nice but I know it's difficult with the lack of social ability of younger people they just seem to be so uncomfortable talking to other humans... but having said all that it is a good location the food is right and the orders are right and that's what I care about the most I'm not going there to make friends"

"Third time to order on line. Did not get what I ordered. Pizza was cold and old. The crust was one and a half inches, with 0 flavor. No pepperoni, this is the third time I have given them a chance. The Italian cheesebread had to come out of the take it hot box. After several attempts to speak with a manager, a clerk refunded our money. Extremely disappointed after Thanksgiving wanting a break from leftovers. * The thing is, in Keller, my order was fresh, hot, bubbly! I don't understand how it could be so bad, EVERYTIME! Simply put, an insult to humanity!"
