"Four people standing behind the counter just talking and not waiting on people even though there was a line. I waited 5 minutes for a pulled pork sandwich before they told me they were out. Another lady had to cancel her pizza order because her flight was boarding and they took too long. Staff needs some additional hospitality training especially for an airport restaurant."
