"I placed an order for drive thru pick up on the mobile app about 30 minutes ago. They currently have the promo of buy one get one free so i knew the line would be long and drinks might take a but longer to be ready. I got in line to pick up and when i got to the window the barista who was there was extremely rude. She did not greet me or even really acknowledge me. She just shouted the order waiting for me to confirm, i told her i was picking up a mobile order and my name and she closed the window and stepped away. She came back and in a very rude tone and body language almost rolling her eyes told me that for next time to tell them on the speaker i was picking up a mobile order. I get you are extremely busy and overwhelmed and yes we are humans but that is NO excuse to treat your customers that way. You are in a line of business where you interact with customers all day. Treat people the way you would like to be treated."

"I’ve never had complaints with my orders. Everyone I’ve come across here have been very friendly and always smiling. Today was different. I went through the drive through at 9am and the guy who took my order was friendly. Once I get to the window a woman opens the window. Very dry no personality. Doesn’t smile. That was different from what I’m used to seeing all the time. I ask her a question she barely answers. Could barely hear her but by her body language I took it as a no. Maybe she’s not a morning person? Or was having a bad day? But I wouldn’t want to interact with her again."

"I order online and drinks were made wrong I ask the barista and she was rude, she made them again and I offered my phone so she could see my order and said no. At the end she made them wrong again. I always buy here, she needs to change job or attitude."

"They were super friendly however one of the baristas kept sniffing the drinks and I’m not kidding. It was every single drink in the morning from the time that I got there to pick up my drink to when I left if they had milk she would sniff it. Although I appreciate her checking the quality of the milk I don’t think that’s the right way to do it."
