"Another bad experience, 20 minutes for a fish sandwich, went to inquire, they said they were going to start on the order. Asked for money back, manager said she was understaffed and had no one that knew what they were doing in the kitchen."

"Me and my husband went to McDonald like an ordinary day once we got home my husband’s quarter pounder had only one patty when he paid for two and then something really “Alert” to “MOMMYS WITH KIDS” be careful with the chicken I almost chocked into a Mchicken please be careful with this McDonald’s my husband and I went back even called before they were so rude and waited 1hr and a half to get any manager or refund or anything please stay alert out there! "Ever since they remodeled this location, it hasn't been the same. First time going after remodeling, I had issues with my order. Don't remember exactly what happened, but I had to get up a few times because they forgot something with my order. Another time, about a month ago I would say, I had to get off my car from curbside because they forgot something from my order. More recently, on May 9th, 2023, I had done curbside like I normally would. Did a quick check to make sure everything was in there (which the consumer shouldn't have to do), and it was, or at least I thought it was. Got home, sat down, started eating, but the McChicken I ordered had everything I requested, BUT the McChicken patty itself! Called to see what they can do, but I'm assuming it was the manager (not sure and didn't get name) said I could go back and pick it up same day only. Now, I'm not driving back about 10 minutes just to get one item back that they somehow messed up. Why can't you put a note with my name, along with the night manager's name, and give it to me at least the next day? Other places have done that, and there's nothing wrong with it that I can think of. Service here in general is just OK, but there seems to be an issue every other time I go. Also, not a fan of the new look and how we can no longer refill our own drinks, you have to ask now, but that takes like a few minutes of standing without someone attending you when someone is available. Someone available should attend and ask what is needed, not the consumer. I'm staying away from here and just going to wait until the other location opens up on south 10th."

"I just went in , received my mocha frappe mid full & my mcflurry was empty! Not even half manager accused me “ of eating some & that she had it on camera “ i asked for refund & she said she was just going to add a lil more, it just looked moved around always a problem with this mcdonalds."
