"Very unprofessional and would never bring my kids here after the tall lady and the older guy with glasses acted after delivering an instacart order. Rang the door bell as instructed and waited 5 minutes for an answer and nobody came so I unloaded the car and put the items at the door and got back into the car and then the lady decided to come out and I got back out of the car and helped her and she still had and attitude and huffing and puffing all mad. Mind you it’s winter time and cold outside and as a delivery driver I don’t have time to stand there waiting for her to answer all day. Then the guy comes outside as I’m leaving and is taking pictures of my car… very weird Edit: I rang the doorbell 1 time and if you don’t want the doorbell rang then change your instructions and definitely don’t smoke marijuana. This “owner” can’t even spell correctly, what makes you think he’s gonna teach kids anything. Also have reported this poor business."

"Place is very poorly ran. Not enough adults teachers verses kids. The safety as far as doors locks windows etc are against code/ law for a daycare as well. If your child goes here I would do as I have and call for state inspection."

"Loved the place! My kid was the happiest every day while being there. Management is great, teachers are very warm. Learned a lot! They go outside to play very often and had lots of fun."

"PROSPECTIVE PARENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Horrible place. period full stop. My wife and I are expecting our first child in June and we were looking for childcare for our future little one... We had scheduled a tour with Emily for Friday and then hours prior to our tour I was called and rescheduled. I asked for Monday and she mentioned that they could not do Monday for some reason and we were looking at the other reviews and my wife was skeptical, but I said hey let's just do the tour and see if this is just some over protective parents. So, instead of being scheduled for Monday like I wanted we were scheduled for Tuesday and this is where things get worse. We arrived prior to our appointment and we ring the bell and are let in... not very secure in my opinion especially when you here this next part. Once let in apparently none of the staff knew we were coming. This is very frustrating as we had already reschedule once. The lady in the first room by the entrance calls a lady back from the newborn baby room and said hey I had no idea you were coming point blank. then we get to the newborn rooms. First, the lady claimed that they practice safe sleep as my wife notices a child lying face down in the crib. Any time my wife had a question, the tour lady was very combative and was not friendly. Also did not look like the carpets were clean and the trash taken out on a regular basis. also there children hanging out in the doorway and my wife did not even notice there was anyone in the room until the tour lady acknowledged her. My wife and I ask about registration and are taken back to the office... The tour lady had no idea where any of the registration forms and information about their facility was and this was frustrating again because We scheduled and after work tour and were very tired from a day of work. then we look at the paperwork... there were lots of typos and old information. also the pricing that the tour lady gave us was not the same as our packet.... again my wife asked questions because much of the paperwork packet after we got it was incorrect from what the lady was saying. then we are getting ready to leave and we look at the big calendar on the wall and it says our name and when our tour was so either this lady was not smart enough to read that there was a scheduled tour for this day or did not care enough to look which to me means she does not take her job seriously enough to look and understand protocol form the parents. Will not be sending our newborn here."
