"Since our community switched to aqua, we’ve had nothing but problems. It started by getting a letter stating that they put too much chemical in the water, and that it “could” potentially cause future Harm. So basically drink the water at your own risk. And not even a month later we receive a notice that there was a water main break. We will not have water for three days. Yet our bill will continue to come. I implore our community to switch water companies otherwise we will continue to have major issues."

"We are being held hostage by aqua with poor service and unreasonable expectations, I called aqua to schedule my meter replaced, I have owned my home for thirty five years and the way the meter is the way it was installed many years ago. Aqua would like me to get a plumber out to move the hot water heater or remove a wall in the bathroom behind the laundry room I called the contractor that has the contract to exchange the meter and they suggested that I call aqua, I called Aqua to see when can we schedule a time to get the plumber and the contractor to come the same day and the unreasonable response was not an workable solution so I feel that I am being held hostage because if Aqua can not replace meter they will terminate your service until aqua can replace the meter. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone to come up with an equable solution and I get nothing so far. Completely dissatisfied."
