"I needed some help with my coolant system in my car and I called to see if he could help me. He tried giving me directions but I then asked if he was not currently at his address that is stated on Google. He said he was and then proceeded to get frustrated and hung up on me after saying getting me to where he was was “too complicated”. Very unprofessional."

"These guys saved us. After our car broke down with complete engine failure and KIA roadside service was a no-show for their scheduled tow, we turned to Van Horn. These guys were professional, kind, courteous and arrived at our car within 15 minutes of our call. Plus.......they charged 50% of what both KIA and AAA quoted us to have the car towed to El Paso (about a 2 hour drive). After they dropped the car they called us to say that they had done some research for us to let us know that there was a recall on our engine and gave us the information to go online to check if our car qualified. I think the owners name was Lyle and his assistant was Charles, but not sure. Regardless, Van Horn towing turned our disastrous and potentially dangerous nightmare around and we are so appreciative. We did compare them with other tow services in Van Horn but honestly, there is no comparison. These guys are the best and come very highly recommended. Lyle....if you are reading this, thanks again. You have no idea how much your kindness and help meant to us."

"I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Lyle and his wife Brenda and their employee Charles were very friendly and very helpful. My daughter and I were driving from TX to AZ and woke up to a flat tire. Charles came to the motel and put air in my tire to make it to their shop. They made sure we were good to go and safe before we got back on the road. My daughter and I really appreciated their help. We made it safely to AZ and are back home in TX. Thank y’all so much for everything!!"

"Our car overheated on the highway, and we stopped at a gas station, where the attendant gave us the phone number for Van Horn Towing, saying the folks who work here are good people. We called, and the gentleman on the phone gave us excellent advice on what to check and what to expect. We opted to get back on the road and keep going to El Paso; about 30 minutes later, the folks at Van Horn Towing called us back to make sure we were okay. I am so impressed by the level of care taken for a couple out of town travelers! If you have car trouble in this area, be sure to give these folks a call!"
