The revelation that the beans were freshly roasted locally added to our amazement. We chose the pour-over method, a refined version of manually brewed drip coffee, which further enhanced our experience. Despite its location in a dusty border town, this oddly named coffee shop would not be out of place in the sophisticated capitals of Europe, whether Paris, Berlin, or Rome."
