"Very knowledgeable and amiable service member who took my order, myself, who don't drink coffees or any other of their drink, so a stranger to this establishment, just getting my mother a drink she had once. This establishment is in a great location and a welcomed store to this part of Mission. People don't have to drive far to get their favorite coffee."
"Came in to try the new Chocolate-covered Strawberry Frappuccino and was told by “ Alyssa “ that they didn’t have any base to make any frappuccinos. How? Not a single frappe? Not sure if it’s due to them being lazy at nights or dirtying the machines because it happens often when it’s close to closing time. Disappointed. Need to fix this."
"Mobile orders were supposedly 30 minutes behind but I waited over 40 minutes and had to cancel my order. The people getting to the store were receiving their orders promptly or moreso than the mobile orders. When I ask if they can check on my order they told me if we stop them to ask and check we take time from them doing orders. They should work on their system and staff to be more efficient, more welcoming, and customer oriented."
"I’m being gracious by giving 2 ⭐️. I’ve been here 2 times in one week and the service is inconsistent. In addition, waiting for over 20 minutes for a black coffee is ridiculous; and no apology for the wait to top it off. Had I not questioned the status of my drink, the baristas would have taken easily over 30 minutes. And then the tables were very dirty as well. Never have I experienced this type of service at any other Starbucks."
"Beautiful new Starbucks. Friendly personnel and nice ambiance. Lovely art on the wall. Great outdoor patio with nice lounge chairs where you can enjoy your beverage in the shade."
