Mountain Mike's Pizza 6934 North Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, TX 76131

"I understand that kids are usually going to be hired for these types of jobs but they need to be clean and have basic hygienic practices. No employees were wearing gloves and all had hair down over the shoulders. One employee was handling pizza with his bare hands. It didn’t really look like he was working but more like he was playing with the pizza. I watched him point to it on the tray and laugh with another employee. It looked like it had been removed from the buffet but then after playing with it he put that one single slice back onto the buffet. The worst part was I watched him then take off his hat and run his hands through his hair wiping sweat off his side burns then started pulling/combing loose hair off his head with his fingers & flicking hair to the floor from what he pulled out of his head. Then he proceeded to use his hands (without washing them) to to go casually rearrange the pizza in the buffet as if he was bored rather than actually condensing the trays. I watched him wipe his nose with his hand , touch his mouth and never wash his hands before handling food. It seems like it’s only young kids working and clearly they need supervision because they are too immature to know basic food handling safety. Unfortunately I cannot trust being able to eat here ever again which sucks cuz I live in the neighborhood. I get that the job attracts young kids but this is not acceptable. I was 18 once too and worked as a barista. I never remember any kids being so gross or immature like this. Times have changed big time. I’m shocked at how gross he was and out in the open. He obviously doesn’t see a problem with his behavior which scares me to think about what happens to food in the back. The salad bar was not fresh and super slimy. I bit into a rotten cucumber too. "Fam & I ate here last wkend. Food was great. I had the Everest & garlic knots. Check the pricing twice before ordering. Was a little pricey, wife & I should've shared. Other than the bill being almost $70 for fam of 4, the food was really good."

"Great food, lots of flavor. Sauce is good and flavourful.Thin and crispy crust you can hear the crunch when you bite into it. Restrooms are very clean and well maintained. Definitely worth the time to stop here and have some pizza."

"Expected a lot more considering the store just opened. Went for lunch buffet, not many options to choose from. Just didn't have a variety of pizza choices to capture "buffet " or "new pizza restaurant ". Many pizzas were dried out, and this was about an 1hr after opening..sauce was not distributed evenly across the pizza which again tasted dry, no seasoning in or on the crust, just a lot of bread, very little toppins on pizza, unless it was the pepperoni slice The actual pizza slices are very tiny ..people this Texas and a buffet.. I hope you guys get better soon"

"Highly recommend! My wife and I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Luau and the original pepperoni. The chicken was super moist and there was a sweetness from the sauce. The curly pepperoni was crispy and tasty. They have a wide selection of beer on tap as well as bottled beer. The salad bar offered a wide variety of toppings, and it was super fresh! Employees were extremely helpful wherever we needed anything. The business is also kid friendly. They have two claw machine arcade games that kept our two year old highly entertained. Overall, we had a great dining experience and will be back."
