"The manager from that location had an attitude with me changing the bread before she started making sandwich. She asked, are you sure your not changing again cause I can't be opening the bread if your not sure... I was like... " what, you know what I don't want anything anymore. About 5 minutes another lady comes out and I asked her the name of the rude coworker so I can put a complaint and she said "ohh, that's the manager and I don't know her name " I just smiled and said "of course you don't ". I was really disappointed cause it happened during my lunch break and waisted NY time to drive their to eat and that's what I get.."

"Very friendly employees. My sandwich was made perfectly with all the extra toppings. I wasn't happy that the bathrooms weren't working."

"I love Subway, but this location does not know how to make the Subway Melts. I've ordered multiple times thinking one day it will be done right, but so far it hasn't. They prepare it like a regular subway. The bread looks nothing like a melt. I've gone to other locations and the Subway Melts are prepared and are heated in a brown bag in the oven. Please, Please, Please learn how to make the Subway Melts, and if you do I'll give a 5 star rating."

"Some rude lady with green earlobes from her fake Versace earrings really had an unnecessary attitude over remaking my food. Offered to pay for the substitutions requested and kept giving me an attitude. Denied my refund and expected me to eat something I didn’t order. Some big power trip for someone who makes $7.25 an hour at subway."
