"Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. After an hour they called and asked if my order had been delivered. I said it had not 30 minutes later a driver showed up with only one pizza which was not mine. I asked where my order was he said he was quitting.I Called to see what the issue was and was told they would have my order sent out again. Needless to say I never received anything. Awful customer service and still tried to charge my card."

"They said the order was ready, when I entered they said 30 seconds. After waiting 5 mins I asked and they said they had to remake it and it would take 5 min. 15 minutes later they lost track of the order. Very disappointing, kids run the place so not surprised. Finally got my food, and it tastes good, but offered nothing to make up for there issues and waiting. DO BETTER!"

"Food was delicious.... unfortunately there were An unacceptable amount of hairs baked into the cheese of the pizza... Again unfortunate because the food was delicious... I probably will not be ordering from this establishment again."

"The pizza is decent. But after a particularly awful service experience, it’s not worth ordering. I ordered pizza from this Marco’s. 30 minutes after the “promise time,” I called. It took them 10 minutes to answer the phone, told me it was still at the store, and they had no idea when it would be delivered. No apology. Asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to pick it up. The kid who answered the phone was rude and apparently super inconvenienced to answer my call. If you are so understaffed that you can’t deliver orders, don’t take orders. Or at least call people and tell them what they ordered is never being delivered. Fix your staffing problems or close when you can’t actually fulfill orders. In response to the comment, I tried leaving feedback. It doesn’t work. The feedback link takes you to your account and the only thing you can do there is order. They clearly don’t want feedback."
