"Food hot and fresh and at this burger king you tell them how you want your food and they make it the way you want. If you ask for extra salt on fries they will do it. Isela works front counter and drive through she is very nice and makes sure the order is done right."

"I usually love getting french toast sticks here and after some time of not going, I did go by today. I ordered 5 french toast sticks and was charged, what I remember to be similar prices, $3.13. Handed the bag and when I checked, the sticks were half the size and either overcooked or stale. I went back through the drive thru and politely pointed out the issue, the young lady left the window open so I could hear her telling her manager she even gave me 2 extras in what could be perceived as a mocking tone? I’m not sure if she got confused and thought it was supposed to be 3 but there was 5 in total, so there was no extras. I was kindly asked to park in front by someone else, and told someone would take them out to me. Went and parked, but unfortunately the order was of 3 haha. I was pretty bummed out. I wasn’t given a receipt so I couldn’t check if they pressed order of 3 or 5 but at that point I just didn’t want to bother them anymore. This isn’t the first time something like this happens so I think I’ll just go to a different location next time."

"I go to this location about 3 times a week and there is an outstanding employee that is always so nice and goes above and beyond in making sure my order is correct and there's not anything else I need !!! Thank u David this world needs more employees like u!!!! I did make sure the manager knew and in front of me he praised him in front of coworkers!!! Good job management also for recognizing the great work of this employee!"

"I had a bad experience today , I bought a whopper and I was enjoying my burger when a wired was inside my burger I reported to the manager , manager was really rude he thought I was making this up I show him the picture . Will never return again to this Burger King"
