"I am utterly compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by technician Ramon Q. during my recent visit for vehicle maintenance. After entrusting my car to their care, I was dismayed to discover a series of glaring oversights and potentially hazardous mistakes that have completely eroded my trust in their services. Initially, my skepticism was piqued when I scrutinized the paperwork detailing the services performed. It stated that all my tires were inflated to a uniform pressure of 35 PSI. This immediately struck me as dubious since I had personally checked the tire pressures prior to my visit, noting them to be 33 PSI in the front and 32 PSI in the rear. It was clear that the tire pressures had not been checked with any diligence, if at all. However, this initial concern paled in comparison to what I experienced shortly thereafter. As I was driving away from the facility, a mere few miles into my journey, my TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) alarm was triggered, indicating a problem with my tire pressure. At first, I dismissed it as a minor issue, but upon arriving home and checking the pressures myself, I was appalled to find that all four tires were inflated to well over 50 PSI. This is not just a minor oversight; it is a dangerous error that could have resulted in a catastrophic failure while driving at high speeds. The situation was further compounded by an unsettling exchange with Ramon Q. himself. As I departed, I couldn't help but notice him casting an odd glance in my direction. When our eyes met, he quickly looked away, which, in retrospect, seems like a tacit acknowledgment of the grievous mistake made under his watch. To add insult to injury, I had provided a 5-quart container of oil for the oil change, knowing well that my car requires only 4.5 quarts. Upon returning home, I realized the remaining oil was not returned to me, effectively depriving me of my property without explanation or justification. In light of these experiences, I must caution potential customers about the services of Ramon Q. The lack of attention to detail, the disregard for the safety of customers, and the unexplained absence of my property are unacceptable. Please consider this review a stern warning to steer clear of such negligent service to avoid the dangers and frustration I have endured."

"Bought four new tires, was told I have warranty for the next year. A couple months later one of my tires got a flat and when I went I was told I don't have warranty and no vehicle service history there and that I should have kept my receipt. Honestly these guys suck"

"Honestly I have always trusted the Horizon auto care center. But after today they disappointed me. Not only did the associates disappointed me as well as the manager. I arrived today for an oil change as I've always done for more than 3 years. Nobody came to assist me within 10 minutes of waiting. I went inside to ask for availability for an oil change. The only associate that truly helped me was the cashier as he immediately came to assist me. He instructed me that an associate will be out with me. (keep in mind I've always done it this way). Then another customer arrived after me I was the only car waiting. While I waited for the associate more than 30 minutes. He finally came and told me that I need to reschedule for another day however that 4pm was already schedule for the customer that arrived after 15 minutes of me waiting. I get out at 3 pm and they apparently stop taking cars after 5 pm. I requested to speak with the manager during that time in order to make him aware that there was no coordination with the associate and he blamed the cashier who helped me the most that he should have explained how the appointment work. Honestly after today my business with that store is completely over. I'm not only waisted my time with some lazy associates but I wasted my gas driving to Horizon Walmart auto care. Shout out to Montwood auto care because not only they attend me fast but they really change my negative experience to a positive experience after such distasteful experience. Last time I ever go to Horizon Auto care especially with that lazy team and unprofessional/ disrespectful. At the end Of my journey I don't regret my time nor my gas with the Montwood team. They are reliable even if others are incompetent and a huge disappointment!"

"When I took my vehicle in for an oil change, there was 3 vehicles in the waiting area in front of my own. I was told by the auto center employee that it would take an hour and half, maybe less to be completed. After an hour of shopping, I returned to the autocenter to find the 3 vehicles as well as my own hadn't been moved yet. I asked for my keys and left. They are very unprofessional and do not care about the customer. Another time I was quoted a wait time of 5 hours because the 4 vehicles in front of me were getting new tires and an oil change. If I could give them 0 stars I would. You're Better off paying a little more money at oil changers and have your vehicle ready within 15 minutes to an hour."
