"Hurts me to put this review. Frequent & loyal customer to Chick Fil A specially this location. Waited for our food patiently until it got to the point we weren't going to be in time to our committed event. Asked employee twice as she walked by our table, Just responding this order is not yours. Noticed many families that ordered after us getting their order. Went to counter and after a few minutes of acknowledgment they started tracking my order. Was not expecting anything for free, just my order. While they ran around looking for a simple 8count chicken nugget order for my son i decided to leave so we wouldn't be late to his baseball game. They catched up to us in our vehicle and gave us the order. Never did we hear im sorry. Oh, and to top it off the rushed order was incorrect. Submitting this review to help your crew improve the service. Thats how a customer service business gets better. Have a great day"

"11/09/23 Cashier was not helpful, sauces were wrong, and milkshake was missing. He had no name tag but he ignored me when i tried to ask to correct the order. Isaac stepped in and went out of his way to fix my order and gave me 5 star service. He gave me the correct sauces and my milk shake. Cashier (hispanic, goatee) bad, Isaac Good!"

"i found a little bug in my drink once i was almost done with it. thank god i opened the cup before it was too late. the service is always great. but this was honestly disgusting."
