"We went to the red lobster by Cielo Vista Mall & entered where it said entrance walked all the way to the front & not even a hello or can we help u we sat down & waited for 10 min without a look our way waitresses were looking at us and still were hesitant to walk our way as she walked to us she was moving her hands and looking at us without even saying a hello turned around and said let me get you menus then a group of people like seven walked in then they attended them so we left. But this Red Lobster is dope the server was awesome we enjoyed our food we drove from one side of town all the way out to the Far East Side just to eat at this location this is the second time we've eaten here and it's always better service"

"Pleasant greeting by hostess. Wait was about 45 minutes for the table, party of two. It took about 12 minutes for our table to be acknowledged by the waitress. Drinks served about 10 minutes later. Food took about 30 minutes from order to table. Both had flounder, potatoes, and broccoli. Dishes were visually pleasing. The biscuits were flaky and a little chewy. Appetizer served after main dish, a little unorthodox. The waitress checked in once after food was served, a little disappointing. The manager (assumed kitchen manager, as there were at least two I saw in the restaurant) brought the appetizer out after main dishes were served. He apologized for poor service. So, it's not the worst experience but on par with what's been my experience with poorly trained waitstaff. Certainly lacks restaurant customer service guest etiquette that is advertised."

"Food was great as always, good prices for a sit down restaurant. Our waitress was super attentive and kept the hot cheddar bay biscuits coming and out drinks topped off. Food was brought out still steaming. My only regret is that I didn't save room for dessert!"
