"They don’t assist there customer in a proper way, I always go before 11 pm and they never answer threw the intercom I don’t understand why they can’t just be polite and let the customers know they are closed instead of just use waiting there, the website says 12 pm , as I was driving by one of the coworker wearing gray (male ) was laughing and it was 35 before closing it’s not the first time this happens to me I saw at least 4 cars pass by there bec I parked outside to right this review and I was not the only one"

"Went to pick up a placed order by online and were put to wait over 25 minutes because order wasn't ready yet... This location has to organize better their service. And burger was cold too."

"I went to get a whopper meal and coke. I had a problem with the wait time ngl. I was tired and wanted to go home, I explained this to the management and they were so sweet. Both of them undersood my frustration and not only refunded my items because of this (once in a full moon kind of situation), but left me with the meal that I was waiting on with a sincere apology. Yes I wish I would have gotten my food EXactly when I wanted to, but sometimes it doesn't happen that way. They're busy or just simply forget; We are human. But one thing is for sure! The way a manager responds to the problem will definitely create a strong impact on how their team will function in similar situations. You can tell by their smiles and patience that they are good employees trying their best. Thank you for making my day with your kindness raza. And im so sorry for being a total "Karen today. "Ordered a breakfast platter, the eggs, croissant, pancakes and sausage were great. The hasbrown bites were very bad. More than half were hard as a rock, you could tell they had probably been refried twice and had been sitting there for a while. The small things in an order do make a difference on whether or not you'll come back. If you want for customers to come back, that's not the way to get them back."
