Pizza Hut 3208 Southeast Loop 820, Forest Hill, TX 76140

"I ordered a large pizza from this location at 3:30pm 2 hours went by and no one called or delivered the 30.00 pizza. I called in. The store manager said they would remake the pizza and deliver it at no charge. They arrived an hour later and said that will be 30.00. I said no, your manager said it would be free. I called back in to the store. The male manager said yes we told you it would be no charges but he can not give pizza away. Then I said that’s not acceptable, he hung up. He should be fired immediately.Do not use this Pizza Hut. They are awful. I have 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. This store need training on how to talk to customer as well as timely service. 3 hours is not acceptable. Then the delivery person who said she was a store manager delivered the pizza had an attitude. She should be fired immediately along with the male manager. They do not need to be in a position of managment. Do not use this location. They are absolutely an example of what not to do when training employees."

"Did an online order at 7:33 estimate time ready was 8pm. Came at 7:50 pizza was ready. Paid at the store, in and out fairly quick. Pizza was great as always. Staff were nice and efficient too! Thanks y’all!"
