"This review is for management. This particular Chili's, located on Fort Bliss TX, was a terrible experience. Not enough employees working during lunch is unsatisfactory. The salad I was served looked as if it was made a week earlier and kept in the refrigerator to dry out. The lettuce was black and wilted, the onions was dried out and limp. Nothing was fresh. The quality of food that was served to our table tells me this establishment doesn't care. There were several tables that were seated after us, and they received their food well before we did. My plate sat under the heat lamp too long (resulting in crusted, dry bits on my food), while the other plate was served to another table by mistake. We had to wait again to receive our food. The food servers are training new employees and busing their own tables at the same time. I don't recommend this location and I will never visit this location again."
